Clubs Build More Than Skills
Clubs are more than just places to train and compete; they’re communities where people of all ages learn to lead, support, and give back.
Whether on the pitch, in the clubhouse, or behind the scenes, Lief helps recognise the contributions of everyone who makes a club thrive, from junior players to senior coaches and volunteers.
By connecting everyday club culture with real-world impact, Lief turns shared values into visible action.

Example: Club Campaign
A cricket club used Lief to engage their large Junior section in a collaborative fundraising campaign. Each of the 11 age-groups was assigned a tailored target, scaled by age and number of members, contributing toward a shared £10,000 goal to fund three new 2G pitches.
The campaign fostered friendly competition among teams while uniting the club behind a shared purpose.
What’s Next?
Points, Pledges & Performance-Based Support
We're developing a points system to help clubs recognise effort and reward contribution in a way that goes beyond fundraising. Clubs will be able to assign points for actions like distance run, skills completed, or time volunteered—with coaches or admins approving them in the app.
Supporters can pledge donations linked to points earned (e.g. £1 for every 10 points), keeping them engaged throughout the campaign. This creates a new way to fundraise while motivating players and opening the door to local business sponsorships tied to effort and participation—not just visibility.
We’re also working on integrations with services like Strava, so activities recorded on devices can count toward verified progress.
